二氧化碳脱除煤气化灰水中钙镁离子的研究

摘要
水浆煤气化过程中的灰水系统结垢问题是影响煤气化系统正常运行的关键因素之一。为了高效且环保地解决灰水系统的结垢问题,作者提出利用二氧化碳降低灰水硬度,并深入考察了二氧化碳流量、酸碱度以及温度对模拟灰水中钙镁离子脱除效果的影响。结果表明,在pH=8、反应温度为90°C、二氧化碳流量为100mL·min⁻¹条件下,钙镁离子的脱除率可以达到94.88%。该方法可以很好地降低煤气化灰水中钙镁离子浓度,具有一定的应用前景。

Study on the Removal of Calcium and Magnesium Ions from Coal Gasification Slag Water by Carbon Dioxide

Abstract
The fouling problem of ash water system produced in the process of water slurry coal gasification is one of the key factors affecting the normal operation of coal gasification system. In order to solve the scaling problem of ash water system efficiently and environmentally, a method of reducing the hardness of ash water with carbon dioxide was proposed, and the effects of carbon dioxide flow rate, pH and temperature on the removal of calcium and magnesium ions in simulated ash water were investigated. The results show that the removal rate of calcium and magnesium ions can reach 94.88% under the conditions of pH=8, reaction temperature of 90°C and carbon dioxide flow rate of 100mL·min⁻¹, indicating that this method has a good prospect of reducing the concentration of calcium and magnesium ions in coal gasification slag water.
