C8芳烃异构化催化剂性能的技术经济性分析

摘  要
基于某二甲苯装置的工艺流程,建立了近线性的工艺流程模拟模型,并对装置异构化催化剂的技术经济性 进行了分析。考察了C8 芳烃异构化催化剂的性能参数,如对二甲苯(PX)接近平衡率、乙苯接近平衡率、C8 芳烃损失 以及轻质烷烃在芳烃损失中的占比对装置经济性的影响。分析结果表明:在催化剂性能的合理变化范围内,催化剂 活性对装置PX产能影响较大,而在近期PX市场行情下,C8 芳烃损失、轻质烷烃在芳烃损失中的比例对装置经济效 益的影响较为显著。此技术经济评估方法和结果对装置管理、装置操作优化、催化剂比选具有一定参考意义。

Techno-economic Analysis of C8  Aromatic Isomerization  Catalyst Performance

Abstract
Based on the process flow of a xylene unit, a near-linear process simulation model was  established, and a techno-economic analysis was conducted on the isomerization catalyst. This study investigated  the impacts of key performance parameters of C8  aromatic isomerization catalysts-including p-xylene approach-to equilibrium rate, ethylbenzene approach-to-equilibrium rate, C8  aromatic loss, and proportion of light alkanes  in aromatic loss on unit economics. The analytical results indicate that within the reasonable variation range of catalyst  performance, catalyst activity significantly affects PX production capacity. Under current market conditions for PX,  both C8  aromatic loss and the proportion of light alkanes in aromatic loss show higher sensitivity to the unit's economic  performance. This techno-economic evaluation methodology and its findings provide valuable references for  plant management, operational optimization, and catalyst selection processes.
