SHP-02/02F复合型催化剂在加氢装置的工业应用

摘 要
介绍了扬子石化烯烃厂2#裂解汽油加氢装置更换的SHP-02/02F复合型催化剂的性能,分析了该复合型催
化剂的投用及运行情况,并与更换前的催化剂性能进行了对比。工业运行结果表明:SHP-02/02F复合型催化剂用于
裂解汽油二段加氢,具有使用温度低、寿命长、活性高、稳定性高等特点,能满足装置高负荷生产的要求。

Industrial Application of SHP-02/02F Composite Catalyst in Hydrogenation Unit

Abstract
This paper introduces the performance of the SHP-02/02F composite catalyst that was replaced in the No. 2 pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation unit at the Sinopec Yangzi Petrochemical Olefin Plant. It analyzes the commissioning and operation of the composite catalyst and compares its performance with that of the previous catalyst. The industrial operation results demonstrate that the SHP-02/02F composite catalyst, when used in the second-stage hydrogenation of pyrolysis gasoline, exhibits characteristics such as low operating temperature, long lifespan, high activity, and high stability. It meets the requirements for high-load production in the unit.
