摘  要
结合广东中南钢铁股份有限公司炉窑废气超低排放治理的实际情况,根据煤气燃烧前后气体中的硫平衡分 析,对轧钢加热炉烟气治理的工艺方案进行比选,选取了适合该公司的最经济、最简单的治理工艺,并取得了较好的 效果。此种工艺比选方式可供其他钢厂借鉴。

Comparison and Analysis of Ultra-low Flue Gas Emission Technology of  Mixed Gas Heating Furnace

Abstract
Based on the analysis of sulfur balance in gas before and after coal gas combustion, the  process scheme of flue gas treatment for reheating furnace of steel rolling was compared and selected according to  the actual situation of ultra-low emission treatment of furnace gas in Guangdong Zhongnan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. .  The most economical and simple treatment process is selected, and the better effect is obtained. This method can be  used for reference by other steel plants.
