540 t·h-1锅炉回转式空气预热器 改造与优化研究

摘 要
通过对某电厂540t·h-1锅炉回转式空预器存在的漏风率大、密封片及桁架异常吹损严重等问题的研究分 析,找出症结点所在,发现空预器内部冲刷磨损、一次风含灰量大、空预器漏风率大为产生问题的主要原因,提出了相 应的含空预器调转向等措施的改造优化处理方案,能有效防止类似事故再次发生。

Research on the Renovation and Optimization of Rotary Air Preheaters for 540 t·h-1 Boilers

Abstract
Through the research and analysis of the problems of high air leakage rate, severe abnormal blowing of sealing plates and trusses in the rotary air preheater of a 540 t·h-1 boiler in a power plant, the problem points were identified, and a renovation optimization plan was proposed. It was found that the main reasons for the high air leakage rate of the air preheater were internal erosion and wear, high ash content in the primary air, and corresponding measures such as adjusting the direction of the air preheater were proposed to effectively prevent similar accidents from happening again.
