环氧树脂合成技术及阻燃性能研究概述

摘要
环氧树脂是一种具有良好的力学性能、化学稳定性和电绝缘性能的热固性聚合物,广泛应用于电子电器、航空航天、轨道交通和汽车制造等领域,但其易燃的缺点使其应用受到一定限制。因此,不断优化环氧树脂的生产工艺和开发新型阻燃剂已成为目前研究热点。作者介绍了常见环氧树脂的主要合成路线及合成原理,对比阐述了不同环氧树脂之间的性能差异,详细论述了环氧树脂阻燃剂的种类及应用情况,并对阻燃型环氧树脂的未来发展进行展望。

Study on Synthesis Technology and Flame Retardancy of Epoxy Resin

Abstract
Epoxy resin is a thermosetting polymer with good mechanical properties, chemical stability and electrical insulation properties, which is widely used in electronic and electrical appliances, aerospace, rail transit and automobile manufacturing, etc., but its flammable shortcomings make its application field limited to a certain degree, therefore, constantly optimizing the production process of epoxy resin and developing new flame retardants has become a current research hotspot. This paper introduces the main synthesis routes and synthesis principles of common epoxy resins, compares the performance differences between different epoxy resins, discusses the types and applications of epoxy resin flame retardants in detail, and looks forward to the future development of flame retardant epoxy resins.
