贵金属催化剂用于 H₂ 选择性催化还原 NOₓ 的研究进展

摘要
作者总结了贵金属催化剂用于 H₂ 选择性催化还原 (SCR) 氮氧化物 (NOₓ) 的研究进展,重点介绍了 H₂-SCR 的反应机理,以及铂、钯等金属催化剂的应用条件及其强化 H₂-SCR 反应的催化过程。最后,总结了 H₂-SCR 催化剂的密度泛函理论 (DFT) 的研究成果,比较了贵金属催化剂 H₂-SCR 过程的氢气吸附能、活化能以及水的比吸附/脱附能量,明确了不同贵金属催化剂在 NOₓ 还原过程中的限速步骤,并对未来贵金属 H₂-SCR 催化剂的研究发展进行了展望。

Research Progress of Noble Metal Catalysts for H₂ Selective Catalytic Reduction of NOₓ

Abstract
In this paper, the research progress of noble metal catalysts used in H₂ selective catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxides (NOₓ) was reviewed, with emphasis on the reaction mechanism of H₂-SCR, the application conditions of platinum, palladium and other noble metal catalysts and their catalytic performance of H₂-SCR reaction. Finally, the research progress of density functional calculation (DFT) for H₂-SCR catalysts was summarized, the hydrogen adsorption energy, activation energy and specific adsorption/desorption energy of noble metal catalysts in the H₂-SCR process were compared, the rate-limiting steps of different metal catalysts in the NOₓ reduction process were defined, and the future research and development of precious metal catalysts were proposed.
