甲苯环一氯化及二氯化存在的难题及对策

摘要
甲苯环氯化产业链中品种众多,在化工、医药、农药、染料及涂料等领域有着非常广泛的应用,但甲苯在一氯化及二氯化生产过程中往往产生多种异构体,除了得到产品外,还不可避免地产生各种异构体及多氯甲苯副产物。这些异构体有的用途较小,而多氯甲苯大多为危废。作者对一氯化及二氯化产品及工艺进行了梳理,并针对生产过程中有待解决的各种技术难题提出了可能的解决方案。

Difficulties and Measures in the Ring Chlorination and Dichlorination of Toluene

Abstract
There are many products in the toluene ring chlorination chain, which have a wide range of applications such as chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, dye, and coating. However, toluene often produces multiple isomers in the production process of monochlorination and dichlorination. Except the target products, various isomers and polychlorinated toluene by-products are inevitably produced. Some of these isomers have very limited applications, while most of the polychlorinated toluenes are hazardous wastes. This article summarizes problems in the process of toluene ring chlorination, and proposes possible solutions to various problems that exist in the production process.
