化工实验室安全事故原因分析及对策研究

摘要
化工实验室是高校实验室安全管理工作的重点和难点，近年来化工实验室安全事故频发，给师生的生命安全带来严重威胁。作者对化工实验室安全事故进行了分析，运用本质安全原理，从管理和技术两个方面提出了针对性的预防措施，管理预防措施包括建立健全实验室安全管理制度、加强实验室安全教育培训、加强仪器设备安全管理、建立实验项目安全风险评估机制，技术预防措施包括建设危险品信息化管理系统、建设实验室安全智能管控系统。结合河南理工大学实验室安全管理实践，阐述了所选预防措施的应用成效。

Analysis of Causes and Countermeasures for Safety Accidents in Chemical Laboratory

Abstract
The chemical laboratory is the focus and difficulty of the safety management work in college laboratories. In recent years, chemical laboratory accidents have occurred frequently, posing serious threats to the lives of teachers and students. This paper analyzes chemical laboratory accidents and puts forward targeted preventive measures from the perspectives of management and technology. The management preventive measures include establishing a sound laboratory safety management system, strengthening safety education for chemical laboratories, strengthening the management of instruments and equipment, and establishing a mechanism for assessing the safety risks of chemical experiments. The technical preventive measures include building an information management system for hazardous chemicals and building a safety intelligent control system for laboratories. Combined with the practice of laboratory safety management in Henan Polytechnic University, the application effects of the proposed preventive measures are expounded.
