隐患排查治理数字化转型的路径与成效研究

摘要
作者探讨了江苏地区“两重点一重大”企业在隐患排查治理过程中数字化转型的现状与前景。通过分析安全信息化五位一体平台的应用情况，特别是其在隐患排查治理中的数据积累与分析功能，提出了隐患排查数据库的共享与利用策略，以及隐患排查数据模型的建立与应用方法。进一步地，作者探讨了智能终端现场拍照比对技术在隐患快速智能发现与整改中的应用，以及数字化转型对企业安全水平、应急管理部门监管效率、人力资源成本和隐患排查管理的积极影响。

Study on the Path and Effectiveness of Digital Transformation in Hidden Danger Inspection and Management

Abstract
This paper aims to explore the current situation and prospects of digital transformation in the process of hidden danger investigation and management among "two key points and one major" enterprises in Jiangsu Province. By analyzing the application of the five-in-one safety information platform, especially its data accumulation and analysis functions in hidden danger investigation and management, the paper proposes strategies for the sharing and utilization of hidden danger investigation databases, as well as the establishment and application methods of hidden danger data investigation data models. Furthermore, this paper discusses the application of intelligent terminal field photo comparison technology in the rapid intelligent discovery and rectification of hidden dangers, and the positive impact of digital transformation on corporate safety levels, the regulatory efficiency of emergency management departments, human resource costs, and hidden danger investigation expenses.
