透明聚酰亚胺薄膜的制备与性能研究

摘 要 聚酰亚胺薄膜具有优异的力学、热学性能,在柔性显示领域展示出广阔的应用前景。但由于聚酰亚胺分子间和分子的电子转移效应,传统聚酰亚胺薄膜的光学透过率较低。因此,作者会成了新型的具有大体积悬垂基团的二胺单体 4,4'-(3,5-二叔丁基苯基)亚甲基双[2-(叔丁基)苯胺],再通过高温一步法与多种二酐单体缩聚成聚酰亚胺纤维,再通过流速法得到一系列具有优异光学、热学和力学性能的透明聚酰亚胺薄膜。其中,PI-6FDA 薄膜在 550 nm 处的透过率为 91.3%,可见光范围的平均透过率为 90.8%,玻璃化转变温度为 297 ℃,拉伸强度为 71.3 MPa,在柔性显示领域展现出良好的应用前景。

Preparation and Properties of Transparent Polyimide Films

Abstract: Polyimide (PI) films possess excellent mechanical and thermal properties, making them highly promising for flexible display applications. However, the optical transmittance of traditional PI films is relatively low due to the intramolecular and intermolecular charge transfer effects. In this study, a novel diamine monomer 4,4'-(3,5-di-tert-butylphenyl)methylene)bis(2-(tert-butyl)aniline) with bulky pendant groups is synthesized and polymerized with various dianhydride monomers via a one-step high-temperature method to produce PI fibers. Subsequently, a series of transparent PI films with outstanding optical, thermal, and mechanical properties are fabricated using the solution casting method. Among them, the PI-6FDA film exhibits a transmittance of 91.3% at 550 nm, with an average transmittance of 90.8% across the visible light spectrum. It has a glass transition temperature of 297 ℃ and a tensile strength of 71.3 MPa, demonstrating significant potential for applications in the field of flexible displays.
