乙烯裂解炉引风机电机供电及控制方案的优化

摘 要 乙烯裂解炉引风机的作用是排出乙烯裂解炉炉膛内的烟气,让炉膛内的环境始终保持低负压,使燃料充分燃烧。引风机电机是其核心设备,在实际运行中会遇到多种问题,如变频切换至工频通过流放故障切换失败、工频运行状态造成无法动态调整、可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)故障或无机造成信号传递错误以及控制回路电源容易受到外部电力系统波动的影响等。针对上述问题,作者对原供电及 PLC 集中控制方案进行了优化设计,采用了双变频驱动方式以及中间继电器取代 PLC 部分控制功能,实现了双变频器同互为热合自动切换,减少了变频切换至工频运行过程中对设备的损害。该方案使用后达到了预期设计效果。

Optimization of Power Supply and Control Scheme for Induced Draft Fan Motor of Ethylene Cracking Furnace

Abstract The function of the induced draft fan motor is to discharge the flue gas from the ethylene cracking furnace, keeping the environment in the furnace at a slight negative pressure and ensuring full combustion of the fuel. In actual operation, the induced draft fan motor of the ethylene cracking furnace may encounter problems such as failure to switch from frequency conversion to power frequency due to overcurrent faults, inability to dynamically adjust the speed of power frequency operation, signal transmission errors caused by PLC faults or crashes, and susceptibility of the control circuit power supply to external power system fluctuations. In response to the above issues, the original power supply and PLC centralized control scheme were optimized. Adopting a dual frequency conversion drive mode and intermediate relays to replace some of the PLC control functions, achieving automatic switching between dual frequency converters for mutual hot standby, reducing the damage to equipment caused by the impact during the original frequency conversion switching to power frequency operation. The plan has achieved the expected design effect after being put into use in the later stage.
