江苏原油生产高熔点石蜡研究

摘 要 为论证江苏原油重质蜡油组分生产高熔点石蜡的可行性,通过技术改造提高减压塔真空度和减压倒线油的分馏精度,以此提升重质蜡油质量,同时对重质蜡油性质和原油评价数据进行分析,结果表明减三线、减四线重质蜡油均满足进入副采脱蜡装置的要求。为此,通过调整副采脱蜡装置工艺操作,对结晶、过滤等生产单元的操作参数进行优化,开展试生产研究。结果表明,减三线蜡油和减四线蜡油经副采脱蜡装置加工后,对应的脱油蜡增膏熔点分别达到 66 ℃和 69 ℃以上,符合生产高熔点石蜡及复合蜡的要求。

Study on High-melting-point Paraffin Wax Production from Jiangsu Crude Oil

Abstract To validate the feasibility of producing high-melting-point paraffin wax from heavy wax oil components of Jiangsu crude oil, technical upgrades were conducted to enhance the vacuum degree of the vacuum tower and improve the fractionation precision of vacuum side-cut oils, thereby upgrading heavy wax oil quality. Analysis of heavy wax oil properties and crude oil assay data demonstrated that both the third and fourth side-cut heavy wax oils met the processing requirements for ketone-benzoi dewaxing units. By adjusting the operational parameters of the ketone-benzoi dewaxing unit and optimizing production units such as crystallization and filtration, pilot production studies were carried out. The results indicated that after processing third-side-cut wax oil and fourth-side-cut wax oil through the ketone-benzoi dewaxing unit, the corresponding deciled wax cakes achieved melting points of above 66 ℃ and 69 ℃ respectively, meeting the requirements for producing high-melting-point paraffin wax and composite wax.
