航煤基础油外观浑浊的原因分析及对策研究

摘 要 介绍了扬子石化 2#加氢裂化装置概况，针对生产过程中遇到的航煤基础油（3 号喷气燃料组分，以下简称航煤）外观浑浊问题进行了分析，通过查阅质量标准、对比分析方法、优化原料性质、调整分馏塔操作参数及塔釜汽提蒸汽等措施，有效解决了航煤外观浑浊问题，确保 3 号喷气燃料产品满足质量要求。

Cause Analysis and Countermeasures for Turbid Appearance of Jet Fuel Base Oil

Abstract This paper introduces the overview of the 2# Hydrocracking Unit of Yangzi Petrochemical Company. It analyzes the problem of turbid appearance of jet fuel base oil encountered in the production process. By consulting the quality standards, comparing the analysis methods, optimizing the raw material properties, adjusting the distillation tower operation parameters and the stripping steam of the tower bottom, the turbid appearance of jet fuel base oil has been effectively solved, ensuring that jet fuel base oil meets the quality requirements.
