丙烯制冷压缩机真空度降低原因分析及优化

摘 要 丙烯制冷压缩机真空度是保障机组安全、稳定、高效运行的关键指标。真空度降低会显著增加机组汽耗,影响经济效益,并可能引发振动加剧,轴向推力增大等问题。作者分析了丙烯制冷压缩机真空度降低的主要原因,并且针对这些问题,提出了多项优化措施。装置实施优化后,压缩机真空度显著提升,蒸汽消耗量减少,经济效益显著提高。

Analysis and Optimization of Vacuum Decrease in Propylene Refrigeration Compressor

Abstract The vacuum degree of propylene refrigeration compressors is a key indicator to ensure the safe, stable and efficient operation of the units. A decrease in vacuum degree will significantly increase the steam consumption of the unit, affect economic benefits, and may cause problems such as intensified vibration and increased axial thrust. The main reasons for the decrease in vacuum degree of the propylene refrigeration compressor were analyzed. For these problems, a number of optimization measures were proposed. After the optimization of the device was implemented, the vacuum degree of the compressor was significantly improved, the steam consumption was reduced, and the economic benefits were remarkable.
