高炉煤气连续分析系统的研究与应用

摘 要 高炉炉顶煤气成分连续检测分析是高炉检测的重点和难点。作者根据高炉炉顶煤气的特点,分析了取样点位置选择的特点。在不同的取样点,采用合适的连续分析仪,可以避免炉况失常的操作事故,保证高炉持续、稳定地生产,提高铁水平率和煤气利用率。

Research and Application on Continuous Analysis System for Blast Furnace Gas

Abstract Continuous detection and analysis of gas composition on blast furnace top is the key and difficult point. In this paper, according to the characteristics of blast furnace gas, the location selection of sampling points is discussed. At different sampling points, the use of an appropriate analyzer can avoid the operation accident of abnormal conditions, which ensures the continuous and stable production of the blast furnace. As a result, the analysis system improves the output of hot metal and the utilization rate of gas.
