煤化工甲醇制烯烃装置反应-再生系统催化剂管线腐蚀与防护

摘 要 在我国“富煤、少油、缺气”的石化资源禀赋特点及下游石化产品消费持续旺盛的双重推动下,煤制烯烃作为现代煤化工领域的重要组成部分,产业发展迅速。但是煤化工的物料组成复杂,生产运行条件常涉及高温高压,因设备管线腐蚀而造成的事故频繁,不仅影响装置的正常运行,同时也造成了巨大的安全隐患。现通过脉冲涡流监测技术,以某煤化工甲醇制烯烃装置反应-再生系统催化剂管线的腐蚀减薄案例为基础,分析其腐蚀机理,提出腐蚀防护的建议,并提供相应的腐蚀控制手段。

Corrosion and Protection of Catalyst Pipelines in the Reaction-Regeneration System of Coal Chemical MTO Units

Abstract Driven by the characteristics of fossil resource endowment of “rich in coal, deficient oil and lack of gas” in China and the continuous strong consumption of downstream petrochemical products, coal-to-olefins, as an important part of the modern coal chemical industry, have developed rapidly. However, due to the complex composition of raw materials in the coal chemical industry, the production and operation conditions often involve high temperature and high pressure, and the accidents caused by the corrosion of the equipment pipeline occur frequently, which not only affects the normal operation of the device, but also causes huge potential safety hazards. Based on the case of corrosion thinning of the catalyst pipeline in the reaction-regeneration system of a coal chemical MTO unit detected by pulsed eddy current technology, this paper analyzes the corrosion mechanism, proposes suggestions for corrosion protection, and provides corresponding corrosion control measures.
